The only cost to host a fundraiser is the hourly pay for security guards at $22/hr.
At Velvet we are community forward. From public to non-profit fundraisers our venue is available for use. Fundraising events allow free use of the venue during non-nightclub hours.
The fundraising organization may charge whatever they want at the door and keeps all door sales. Non-profits hosting a fundraiser at Velvet will also receive a 10% donation of the bar sales. Outside food and catering is allowed however all beverages must be purchased from or through Velvet.
